The Chicago Bulls exercised their $2.4 million team option for Leonard Miller, Spotrac reported on Saturday.
Miller’s contract for the 2026-27 season will become fully guaranteed on Tuesday, per the report.
Miller, 22, averaged 11.7 points and 5.8 rebounds in 27 games (12 starts) with Chicago after being acquired in a Feb. 5 trade with Minnesota.
A second-round pick by the San Antonio Spurs in 2023, the 6-foot-10 Canadian international has averaged 5.4 points and 2.8 rebounds in 76 games (12 starts) with the Timberwolves (2023-26) and Bulls.
